These terms govern access to and use of the seequant.app website and the tools published on it, Syndrome among them (seequant.app/syndrome/). By using the site you accept these terms. The site is run by Seetrex (“Seetrex”, “we”), part of wowinX, through its SEEQuant branch.

1. Use of the site

You may use the site and its tools for lawful purposes: to inform yourself, to learn or to teach. Abusive use is not allowed: attempting unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, extracting its content in bulk or using it against the law.

2. Intellectual property and licences

• Syndrome’s code: licensed under the free GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 (AGPL-3.0-only): you may use, study, modify and redistribute it under the terms of that licence. Its repository is not public for now.
• Site content (text, charts, images): © 2026 Seetrex, all rights reserved unless stated otherwise.
• Trademarks: the names SEEQuant, Syndrome and Seetrex and their logos belong to Seetrex. The licences above grant no rights over them.

3. Educational content

The site and its tools are for educational and outreach purposes. The simulations reproduce specific noise models, described in each case, and their results hold for those models and those sizes. Nothing published here is professional, technical or investment advice.

4. No warranties

The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including those of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that they will work without interruptions or errors.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Seetrex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for loss of profits or data, arising from the use of the site or from the inability to use it.

6. Third-party links

The site links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and linking to them does not imply endorsing them.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The competent courts are those determined by the applicable rules, in particular consumer protection law.
